Payments Onboarding / FreshBooks

User research and feedback suggested there was a need to redesign the onboarding experience for FreshBooks’ Online Payments feature. Working alongside a Product Designer, we designed and create copy for the new payments flow that solved problems around discoverability and expectation settings throughout. I wrote copy for the Payments page and setup tile, in-app pop ups, tool tips, and error messages.
